3.Program content is for individual use only, and may not be sold, tape recorded, videotaped, shared, taught, given away, or otherwise divulged without the express written consent of the School, Helena’s Legacy LLC, or its designated agent.

4.The information contained in program material is strictly for educational purposes. Therefore, if you wish to apply (or not apply) ideas contained in this material, you are taking full responsibility for your actions.

5.We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any program materials.

2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

This School makes no guarantees about student and the instructor's work together. Student agrees that any statements made by the School/ instructor regarding potential outcomes are opinions and are not binding on the School/instructor or any other legal entity connected to it. This School may provide testimonials from previous students/clients, which is not to be relied upon to predict results in your specific situation. The results you experience will be dependent on many factors including, but not limited to your level of personal responsibility and commitment, in addition to those factors that you and/ or the School may not be able to anticipate.
